You don't need to post every day to grow. You need a system that doesn't require inventing something new every time you sit down to film.
This is how to make reels for your business when content creation isn't your full-time job
A few things I tell clients who say they just don't have the time:
Save inspo when you see it, not when you need it. When a reel stops your scroll, save it right then, the hook, the format, the pacing. Build a folder over time so when you actually sit down to film, you're pulling from ideas you already know work, not staring at a blank screen trying to invent something.

Use templates inside Edits, Instagram's own editing app. It has a built-in template library, plus an Inspiration tab for finding formats to reuse. You drop your clips into a structure that's already timed and cut, so you're filling in blanks, not building from zero.

Get a lot of b-roll of yourself and reuse it. Film 15-20 minutes once, typing, talking, walking, making coffee, and you've got footage you can cut into reels for months. You don't need new footage every time you post.
Talking head doesn't have to be perfect. One take, imperfect lighting, a stumble you don't reshoot, it still works, and sometimes it performs better because it feels like an actual person instead of a production.
Try it: this week, save 5 reels that stop your scroll into a folder, and film 10 minutes of b-roll of yourself doing normal things. That's your bank for the next few weeks of posts.
P.S. What's your biggest blocker with reels, time, ideas, or actually hitting post? Hit reply, I read every one.
